The Ratchet City Music Festival (formally Ratchet City Fest) was established in 2017 by MC Circle Productions LLC and debuted on August 5, 2018. We noticed there was no consistent platform for artist to display their gift. We wanted to lead the area in the direction of working together and networking. These things helped birthed the ideas that would become the First Ratchet City Fest. Our main focus was the is on the Hip-Hop and R&B community, however we open the festival to all genres. Our first festival included a very intimate relationship between the artist and curators which has continued throughout the years. We have proudly witnessed artists and businesses transform from our festival. We’ve witnessed artists and businesses believe in themselves again. We witnessed Shreveport natives be proud of were they were from again.
This year we plan to do so much more. We’re adding benifical partnerships with other trusted businesses in the community. We’re adding more attractions, more businesses, and more music! We’re steadily improving your festival experience to keep the Ratchet City Music Fest new and fresh every year.
